For organizations
Stop losing people who should have succeeded.
They joined. They committed. Then the work fades quietly.
Mori62 gives every person one clear daily Move and collects the Proof.
You see who's moving, who's slipping, and where to step in while it still counts.
The leader who can prove resultsbeats the leader who sells them.
$5 per seat per week. $50/week covers your first 10. Week to week. Cancel anytime. We run the setup.

The hidden cost
Execution dies quietly. Your business pays loudly.
Your people are not failing loudly. They stop quietly. They join with motivation, show up to the kickoff, agree to the goal. Then they miss a day. Then a week. By the time you notice, the result is gone, and the bill lands on your side of the table:
- A coach: a client who never transforms, and no story to sell with.
- A studio or gym: a member who churns before the result they paid for.
- A sales manager: a rep whose pipeline went quiet weeks before the number missed.
- An accelerator: a founder who stopped shipping between check-ins.
- A business owner: a team that looked busy and delivered nothing.
And nobody announces it.
Members rarely admit motivation is gone. Reps rarely report that prospecting stopped. Founders rarely volunteer that they stopped shipping. The behavior changes weeks before the number does. That gap is where your results die, and today you cannot see into it.
You find out too late.
Silence hides until the renewal, the deadline, or the quarter review.
Orgs HQ flags it in week one.
Meetings become status checks.
Your best hour goes to asking what got done.
Walk in already knowing who moved.
Your proof stays thin.
Invisible work leaves you nothing to show.
Proof stacks as the work happens.
Someone else shows more results.
Buyers and bosses trust the leader who can show the work.
Your weekly readout is that proof.
The race
Your competitors don't have to be better. They just need more proof.
Organizations that consistently produce successful people become easier to trust. Easier to trust wins the next client, the next member, the next renewal, the next hire. The gap compounds quietly, one finished program at a time.
The prize is bigger than one sale. Become the organization known for finishing people, and testimonials, referrals, recruiting, and retention all get easier at once.
Mori62 exists so you stop losing that race to work that died in execution.
The ceiling
You're hiring managers to solve an execution problem.
Every growing organization hits the same ceiling. More people, same managers, less attention per person. Execution quietly disappears, managers start chasing, meetings turn into status updates, results weaken. It looks like a management problem, so you add headcount.
Mori62 restores the leverage instead. One leader sees the whole group's execution on one screen and spends the hour on the three people who need it, instead of chasing thirty for status. Same managers. More people. More finishers.
The console
This is what a Tuesday looks like from inside your organization.
One page. You see who moved this morning, who has gone quiet, and who is three days from the edge. Three people are stalling. You know by 9am, not at the renewal call.
It's day 40. You open Orgs HQ. Most of your group moved this morning. Three stalled. You send each of them tomorrow's Move before your coffee cools.

Where this goes
First, stop flying blind. Then make the whole system smarter.
See execution.
Who moved, who stalled, who needs you today. Live now.
Intervene earlier.
One suggested Move or nudge before the result is lost. Live now.
Understand the patterns.
Where momentum breaks, which Moves get finished, which interventions bring people back. Behavioral Insights, as real runs accumulate.
Improve the program itself.
Change onboarding, pacing, and support where the patterns say the friction is.
Steps one and two are live today. Steps three and four are Behavioral Insights, the premium layer, sold only when it is real. Aggregate and consented, always.
What your seat buys
Your people don't get onboarded. They get admitted.
Every member you seat walks through the same ceremony a paying member does. They name the life they want, they say it out loud, and they leave with their first Move. You are not handing out logins and hoping.
The fix
See the problem while you can still fix it.
Mori62 works beside your course, community, team meetings, and calls. You keep your program. You set the outcome. Every person runs their first 62 toward it.
Each member aims your outcome at a target of their own. Their want pulls the same direction as yours. That is why they keep moving.
- 01
Set the outcome.
Aim the group at the result your program or your quarter depends on.
- 02
Each person builds their Campaign.
They turn it into clear Moves and plan the work with Mori62's tools.
- 03
The work becomes visible.
They record their Moves and stamp Proof.
- 04
Step in while time remains.
Catch the stall before it becomes a cancellation, a missed target, or a failed outcome.
What do my people actually do?

The payoff
Every person who finishes makes your organization stronger.
Client programs
A member who finishes can become a testimonial, a referral, a renewal, a case study, and the reason the next prospect buys. Their 62 days of Proof is a before-and-after you never have to invent.
Teams and sales floors
A person who executes daily produces pipeline, completed work, and targets hit early instead of explained late. You walk into the review with receipts.
A person disappearing is never one lost account. It is the lost transformation, the lost testimonial, the lost referral, the lost renewal, the lost case study. Every quiet quit taxes the next sale.
The price
$5 a seat, a week.
$50 a week funds your first ten. Recurring, not a trial.
Your first 62 is your group's clock, and the system keeps running: read the readout, enroll the next round, add seats. Billing is weekly per seat. Nothing expires at day 62, and nothing locks you in past the week.
The first group
Start with one group. Scale when the results speak for themselves.
Per active seat per week
$5/seat/week
First group: $50 a week covers up to 10 seats. Week to week. Cancel anytime. We run the setup.
A seat is one person enrolled in a live cohort. Add seats as your program grows.
Past 50 seats, every seat after the 50th is $4 a week. The first 50 stay at $5.
Big group? We run one fixed 62-day pilot with setup and readouts, then a monthly or annual per-seat contract. Reply within a day.
- One live cohort with one join link for your whole group
- Orgs HQ: activation rate, Momentum, funnel, roster, and attention filters
- Move suggestions you send from the roster
- A weekly readout with a shareable card
- Start another round in one tap when the run ends
- A reply within a day. First email to kickoff.
One member who stays past the pilot likely covers it. Check that against your own prices.
Your time cost: minutes a day. Open HQ, see who needs you, send one Move. Rollout is one link, and we run the setup.
Want help turning your methodology into the 62-day cycle itself, with milestones, Moves, and Proof mapped for you? Guided program design is available. Ask when you write in.
Mori62 measures the work and progress recorded in the system. Completed work does not guarantee a client outcome, and we will not pretend it does.
Week to week. Cancel anytime. We run the setup.
Two ways to run it
Lead with visibility. Or simply spread the app.
Some leaders want the whole cockpit. Some just want their people using Mori62. Both doors are real. Only one of them can see.
Mori62 helps people build their lives on purpose. Mori62 Orgs helps leaders help their people do the same.

Why this exists
A note from the founder.
You spend real money getting people in the door. Then they join, and everyone assumes motivation will carry the result. It usually does not. The missing part is daily execution, and when it disappears, the result disappears with it.
We built Mori62 to make that invisible middle visible while you can still act on it. It will not replace your program or your leadership. It shows you where your people are losing momentum, early enough to matter. Run one group. Read your own numbers.

The ingredients are simple: clear goals, visible progress, timely feedback, and real follow-through. Research supports those ingredients. Your pilot tells us how they work inside your program.
- Recorded progress moves goals: across 138 randomized studies with 19,951 people, prompting progress monitoring improved goal attainment, more when progress was physically recorded or reported to someone. Harkin et al., 2016, Psychological Bulletin
- Plans turn intent into action: pairing a desired future with a concrete next-step plan showed a small to medium effect on goal attainment, stronger in interactive programs than documents. Wang et al., 2021, Frontiers in Psychology
- Feedback works when it can guide the next action: a systematic review found continuous, personal, goal-tied, actionable feedback prominent among programs that reported behavior change. Not every program worked. Schembre et al., 2018
- Also: goal setting, personalized feedback, and self-monitoring hold up across a meta-review, with the warning that no single technique works for every behavior and population (Suls et al., 2020); online-course participation often drops sharply in the first week, which supports early intervention (Evans, Baker, and Dee, 2016); perceived course effectiveness and instructor interaction were associated with retention (Hone and El Said, 2016).
- None of these studies tested Mori62. They support the ingredients we build on. No method works for every person or every goal, and your pilot creates your own evidence.
Questions
Everything a careful buyer asks us.
Leverage. You run a 62-day Campaign around the outcome you already answer for: retention, quota, completion, results. Each person makes one Move a day and submits Proof. You see who is moving, who is slipping, and where to step in, so one leader can run a bigger group without losing anyone quietly.
No. Mori62 fits any leader whose results depend on other people following through: sales teams, gyms and studios, accelerators, course creators, small businesses, schools, parishes, and community programs. If you answer for a number that other people's daily work decides, this is for you.
Yes. You set the outcome the quarter depends on. Each person turns it into their own 62-day target, tied to something they personally want, and runs one Move a day toward it. You see the daily actions behind the number instead of waiting for the review to find out.
No. Keep the platform where your content, community, and pipeline live. Mori62 runs beside it and carries the follow-through: the Campaign, the Moves, the Proof, and the numbers.
Because it asks for minutes, and it runs on something they chose. Each person aims your outcome at a target they personally want. One Move a day, one Proof stamp. The daily ask is small, concrete, and theirs.
They aim a Campaign at the outcome, plan clear Moves, do the work, submit Proof, and watch their record build across 62 days. Tools show up at the hard moments: starting, recovering after a miss, choosing the next Move.
A photo, a short video, or a few words that show the Move happened. The person picks the form. You see that Proof exists and when it landed, never its content.
Participation and status. Who opened the link, enrolled, onboarded, submitted first Proof, moved this week, reached day 31, completed, or withdrew. For each member: their day number, kept days in the last week, and whether they need attention today.
No. You see status, never content. Private words, photos, and notes stay private. A member can choose to send you a proof card. That stays their call, and they can stop sharing at any time.
No. Proof shows the work happened. A real-world result needs its own evidence, and some results take more than one 62-day run.
We will not promise that. What we can say: churn is lost revenue, and it almost always starts as invisible stopped work. Mori62 shows you the stopped work while intervening still matters. More completed work gives your program more chances to produce results, keep clients, and keep the revenue they represent. Your first group builds the real baseline for your own numbers.
It gives the group a clear clock. Long enough to build real momentum and visible progress. Short enough to stay urgent. Some goals take more than one run, and round two starts from a stronger position.
The record keeps the truth. The miss becomes information, and the app helps the member return without shame. On your side, the miss shows up as an attention signal while there is still time to act.
Each member runs their own Campaign. You aim the cohort at a shared outcome, and members shape their own Moves inside it.
You can suggest tomorrow's Move for any member, right from the roster. They accept, edit, or ignore it, and you see which. Members keep control of their own Campaign.
An activation rate counted over everyone still in the cohort, the change from last week, the full funnel from link open to completion, each member's status and attention state, milestone counts, Cohort Momentum once your group is big enough to show it, and a weekly readout you can share.
Momentum is a 0 to 100 score of recent execution recorded in Mori62: movement in the last week, Proof on completed Moves, and how fast someone returns after a miss. Every score shows the plain inputs behind it.
It measures recent behavior only. It does not measure a person's worth, motivation, character, or chance of success. Members are never ranked against each other, and a cohort's aggregate stays hidden below five eligible members.
Not yet. Fair benchmarks need enough consented data, minimum group sizes, and privacy review. We will not compare small or identifiable groups.
Some member coaching and planning features use AI. When a member uses one, what they write goes to our AI partner (Anthropic). Under our agreement, they never use it to train their models. AI output is labeled in the app, and it can be wrong.
Your console shows counts and status computed from real member actions. No AI writes your numbers, and no AI summarizes a member's private content for you.
$5 per active seat per week. Past 50 seats, every seat after the 50th is $4 a week and the first 50 stay at $5. A seat is one person enrolled in a live cohort. Your first group runs at $50 a week for up to 10 seats, week to week, cancel anytime.
Big groups run one fixed 62-day pilot with setup and readouts, then a monthly or annual per-seat contract. Reply within a day.
Nothing expires. Billing is weekly per seat, so the console, the roster, and your history stay live. Most groups read the readout, then start the next round in one tap. Stop whenever you want.
The level above the console. Orgs HQ shows what is happening now. Behavioral Insights finds the repeating patterns: where momentum breaks, which Moves get finished, which interventions bring people back. The aggregate numbers on your cohorts are live today. The pattern layer is being built, and we will not sell it as live before it is.
Yes. The partner program is free: share your link and earn 30% of what your members pay us, after payment fees.
You give up the organization side: no Orgs HQ, no readout, no cohort clock, no Momentum. You earn, but you cannot see the work. When you want the cockpit, you run a pilot.
You tell us about your program and the outcome it sells. We set up your cohort, and you share one join link with your group. Members join, consent, and start their Campaigns. You open Orgs HQ and watch the work land.
Yes. When a cohort ends, you start another round in one tap, and the group runs it knowing the game.
Yes. Orgs HQ builds a shareable weekly readout card with aggregate numbers only. Counts under five stay hidden on that card too.
We build for keyboard use, visible focus, readable contrast, semantic structure, and status meanings that never depend on color alone. We have not run a formal certification audit yet, so we do not claim one.
Do not lose another result because the work went invisible.
Your people already said yes. Now make sure the work happens. Run one group for 62 days. See who moves. Catch stalls earlier. Stack the proof your next sale stands on.
