Terms of Use

MORI62 is operated by 3Fold LLC, a Puerto Rico limited liability company (“we,” “us”). By using MORI62 you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

What MORI62 sells

MORI62 sells The 62 at mori62.com: guided audio visualization, morning and evening, rooted in Christian prayer. You pay $62 once. It is not a subscription. Nothing renews, and there are no charges inside.

What you get: prerecorded guided morning and evening recordings on a Standard track or a Christian track, a man's or a woman's voice for every recording, a private place for your vision and notes, and optional reminders by email or text. 62 means 62 dates on which you finish a recording, in a row or not. Your access to the recordings and your notes stays after Day 62.

The narration is prerecorded with AI-generated voices and mixed with music. Nothing is generated for you while you listen, and nothing you write in MORI62 is sent to an AI. The recordings are the same for every member.

An older MORI62 app still runs at mori62.com/app for the members who use it. The parts of these terms marked “original app” apply only to it.

A Christian service, open to everyone

MORI62 is a Christian service. Its recordings, prayers and reflections are written from the Christian faith and include Scripture, prayer and Christian teaching. This religious content is the core of the service, and it is the same for every member. Everyone is welcome to use MORI62, whatever they believe. You don't need to be a Christian to use it.

By using MORI62, you understand and agree that:

(a) MORI62 is openly Christian, and you chose to use it knowing that;

(b) its content may differ from your own beliefs, and we will not change or remove it for any member;

(d) to the fullest extent the law allows, you will not bring any claim against 3Fold LLC based on the religious nature of MORI62's content. This includes claims that the content offended you or conflicts with your beliefs.

If you do not want Christian content, please don't use MORI62. You may ask for a refund within the seven day guarantee described under Payments and refunds.

Not therapy, medical care, or professional advice

MORI62 is a personal-growth and motivation tool. We are not doctors, therapists, counselors, psychologists, or licensed mental-health or medical professionals. Nothing in MORI62, including its recordings, prompts, suggestions, or AI-generated content, is medical, psychological, financial, legal, or professional advice. It is not therapy, counseling, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for professional help. Always seek the advice of a qualified professional for any medical or mental-health concern. If you're struggling with trauma, addiction, or your mental health, please reach out to a qualified professional. If you are in crisis or may be a danger to yourself or others, contact your local emergency services or a crisis line right away (in the U.S., call or text 988).

AI-generated voices and AI features

The 62. The narration is prerecorded with AI-generated voices. Nothing is generated for you while you use it. We do not send your vision, your notes, or anything else you write to an AI provider.

Original app. Some features of the original app use artificial intelligence to generate content for you, for example a personalized message, a “future you” bedtime story, wording help for a Voice Anchor, or a read on your goals. That content is generated automatically by AI, not written by a human. It is produced just for you and can be wrong, incomplete, or not right for your situation. Treat it as a prompt to think with, never as fact and never as professional advice (see above). You choose when to use these features. The text a feature needs is sent to our AI provider to produce your result; see the Privacy Policy for how that data is handled and for our AI provider.

Your account

You confirm you are at least 18 years old. MORI62 is not for children.

Your account is yours alone. Keep your sign-in code, username and password private, and don't let anyone else use your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used it. You are responsible for what happens under your account until you tell us.

We sign you in by a code sent to your email, or by a username and password if you set one. If you lose access to your email and have no password, we may not be able to give you back your notes.

Your license to the recordings

When you buy The 62, or receive it as a gift, we give you a personal license to listen to the recordings inside MORI62, for yourself, as often as you like, for as long as MORI62 runs. The license is not a sale of the recordings and it does not transfer.

Please don't download, copy, record, re-upload, share, sell, or play the recordings for an audience, and don't share your account so someone else can listen. The recordings, the scripts, the music, the app, the MORI62 name and the arch mark belong to 3Fold LLC or its licensors. The Scripture quoted in the recordings is from the World English Bible, which is in the public domain.

Your content

What you create in MORI62 is yours. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the app to you. Don't upload content that is illegal, or that violates someone else's rights (for example, photos of other people used without their consent).

Acceptable use

Use MORI62 for your own growth. Don't use it to harm others, harass anyone, or break the law. Don't try to break into MORI62, scrape it, overload it, copy its code, or get around a limit or a payment.

Accessibility

We want MORI62 to work for everyone, including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard, captions, or larger text. We build to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA, we test with assistive technology, and we fix what we find. Our accessibility statement says where we stand and what is still open. If something is hard to use, write to hello@mori62.com with the page and what happened. We answer within five business days and we will find a way for you to use the service, including a refund if we can't.

Recommendations and links (original app)

The original app may suggest third-party apps and products. Some links may earn us a commission. These are suggestions only. They aren't professional advice, and we're not responsible for third-party products or services.

Email we send you

When you give us your email, you agree we may email you about MORI62: your sign-in codes, the reminders you turn on, a gift you buy or receive, and notices about your account. Your payment receipt comes from Stripe. Where you gave us your address for it (a plan or quiz result in the original app, or a partner invite), we may also send our product email and letters. Every marketing email has a one-tap unsubscribe, and unsubscribing never affects your account or the emails we must send you about it (receipts, security, sign-in codes). We keep a copy of the emails we send you so we have an accurate record of what we sent. We do not sell your email address. You agree that notices we send by email or show inside the app count as notices in writing.

Text message reminders

MORI62 text reminders are optional. If you turn them on in Account, you agree that 3Fold LLC may send visualization reminders to the mobile number you give, at your reminder times, by automated means. Up to 2 texts a day. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Reply STOP to any text to stop them, or turn text reminders off in Account. Reply HELP for help, or write to hello@mori62.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See the Privacy Policy for how we handle your number.

Payments and refunds

The 62 (sold at mori62.com) is a one time purchase of $62 through our payment processor, Stripe. It is not a subscription. Nothing renews. It carries a seven day guarantee: write to hello@mori62.com within seven days of your purchase and we refund the $62. Refunds are handled by hand within five business days and go back to the card you paid with. If you bought before November 4, 2026, you keep the fifteen days you were promised when you paid.

Gifts. You can buy The 62 for someone else. The gift price is shown at checkout. A gift is refunded to the giver on the same terms while it is unopened. Once the recipient has opened it, the gift is theirs.

Deleting your account ends your access to The 62. It is not a refund request. If you want a refund, write to us first.

Prices are in US dollars. Any sales tax or VAT the law requires is shown at checkout. Prices may change for new purchases. A price change never affects what you already paid. If you think a charge is wrong, write to us before disputing it with your bank; we fix mistakes quickly.

Original app: MORI62 Premium. The original app offers an optional paid plan (“MORI62 Premium”) billed through Stripe. Premium is offered weekly, monthly, or yearly — the exact price and billing frequency are shown at checkout — and it renews automatically at that price each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account or the Stripe billing portal in a couple of taps; cancellation stops future charges, and you keep access through the period you've already paid for. We do not offer a free trial — you're charged when you subscribe. You may receive free Premium days through referrals, promo codes, or partner offers. These days are promotional, have no cash value, and can't be refunded or transferred. All Premium payments are non-refundable. Cancelling stops future charges, and you keep access through the period you've already paid for — weekly and yearly plans alike. Where the law requires more, the law prevails. Prices and features may change. If we raise the price of your plan, we tell you by email at least thirty days before it applies, and you can cancel before then.

Partner program

MORI62 runs a partner (affiliate) program. Anyone may apply; it is free to join, and you never have to be a paying customer to be a partner or to earn. Approval is at our discretion, and you must be 18 or older.

The full terms of the program — commission rates, how a referral is attributed, when a commission is approved, payout timing and minimums, refund and chargeback clawbacks, and the conduct rules — are set out in the Partner Agreement, which you must read and sign before you are paid. It is public: read it before you apply.

Disclosure is not optional. If you share a partner link or code, you must clearly disclose the partnership every time (for example “#ad” or “paid partner”), as the FTC and your local law require. You must never promise outcomes MORI62 does not promise, never present earnings as typical or guaranteed, never speak as MORI62, and never spam. We may suspend or remove a partner, and withhold unpaid commissions on referrals obtained in breach of these rules.

No earnings are promised. Any figure shown on our partner pages is an illustration, not a projection, a typical result, or a guarantee. Most partners earn little or nothing. What you earn depends entirely on whether the people you refer choose to subscribe and stay subscribed.

Commissions are paid on Premium subscriptions in the original app. A purchase of The 62, or a gift of it, does not pay a partner commission.

Availability and changes to the service

We work to keep MORI62 available every day, but we can't promise it will never be down. We may improve, add, re-record, or retire recordings and features. If a change would take away something you paid for, we tell you first.

Your access to The 62 lasts as long as MORI62 runs. If we ever close the service, we give you at least thirty days' notice by email and a way to export your notes and your visualization history before it ends.

Use at your own risk; limitation of liability

You use MORI62 at your own risk. MORI62 can help you build habits and mindset, but we cannot guarantee any particular result, and you are solely responsible for your own decisions, actions, and outcomes. The app is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, 3Fold LLC (doing business as Mori62) and its owners, employees, and contractors are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss arising from your use of (or inability to use) the app, including any decisions you make based on its content. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total combined liability for all claims relating to the app is limited to the greater of $50 or the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you. Nothing in these terms limits a right the law gives you that cannot be limited by contract.

Indemnification

If your content, your use of the app in violation of these terms, or your violation of law or the rights of another person leads to a claim against 3Fold LLC or its owners, employees, or contractors, you agree to defend us against that claim and to cover the resulting damages and reasonable legal fees.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, including for violation of these terms. Where reasonable, we will give you a chance to export your notes and history first. Paid time in the original app is handled as described under Payments and refunds. You can stop using the app, or delete your account from the account page, at any time.

Organizations (original app)

If an organization (for example a team, coach, gym, school, or company) pays for your access, that organization purchases seats, each seat is billed per week, and the organization's administrators can see whether seats are active and whether days are being kept, in aggregate or by status, but never the words you write. What you write belongs to you. Your relationship with the organization, including any promises it makes to you, is between you and the organization. An organization that purchases seats agrees to these terms on its own behalf and on behalf of its authorized administrators.

Talk to us first

If something goes wrong, write to hello@mori62.com and tell us what happened. We try to put it right within thirty days. Most problems end there. If we can't agree, the section below applies.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to these terms or the app will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Juan, Puerto Rico, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts. Where the law of your place of residence grants you rights that cannot be waived, those rights are not affected.

General

These terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Partner Agreement if you are a partner, are the whole agreement between you and us about MORI62. If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest stays in force. If we don't enforce a term right away, we can still enforce it later. You may not transfer your account or these terms to someone else; we may transfer them to a company that takes over MORI62, and we will tell you if we do.

Changes

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. If a change matters to you (for example to payments, refunds, or your rights), we tell you by email or inside the app before it takes effect. Using MORI62 after that date means you accept the new terms.
